Sound Mix

We created this on soundtrack as an idea of what we want the music to be like in the background of our opening sequence as non diegetic sound. We liked the sound of something like 'mad world' by Gary Jules because the music is quite slow and the begining sound of the piano sounds alone and would give the impression of the films genre, for example a comedy film would probably have something more fast and lively. as the sequence goes on and the scene gets darker, we thought it would be more effective to have the music reflect this and have more instuments playing, this would then build up to the flashbacks and would make a bigger impression on the audience when the music stopped and the title appeared on the screen.
